[SRU LP#1253155] modules not correctly signed in linux-image package

Modules are not correctly signed after we add debugging information
to them. Although module signing is typically not enforced the lack of
signatures triggers a kernel taint which in turn disables lockdep handling
from then on (which it arguably should not). This was fixed in saucy and
later, and does not affect kernels before v3.7 (quantal and earlier).
This just leaves linux-lts-raring affected. Following this email is a
patch to fix this for that branch.

Proposing for SRU to precise/lts-backport-raring.
