[UTOPIC][MANTA] Sync up security options w/ traditional kernel

This patch set is intended to sync Touch kernels with the traditional
Ubuntu kernel in a few security-related areas. Those areas are hardening,
eCryptfs, IMA/EVM, LSMs, crypto subsystem, and IPsec.

I've tested the changes in the x86 Touch emulator by doing a couple of the
Touch Deb tests, AppArmor image tests, and some manual exploratory testing like
installing an app from the store, navigating through the system-settings UI,
and browsing the web.
