[3.13.y.z extended stable] Patch "[media] ivtv: Fix Oops when no firmware is loaded" has been added to staging queue

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    [media] ivtv: Fix Oops when no firmware is loaded

to the linux-3.13.y-queue branch of the 3.13.y.z extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.13.11.5.

This patch adds the check of firmware at PCM open callback like other
open callbacks of this driver.
