[Trusty][PULL]: bugfixes for i915_bdw/snd_hda

A couple of commits again, first is a sauce patch from David for snd_hda to support the i915_bdw specific powerwell symbols. Rest are backports from v3.15 to fix an issue on an Intel SDP where the highres eDP panel fails to modeset properly.
