[PATCH (trusty SRU) 0/4] Broadwell HDMI Audio

Hi,

Here are four simple patches that enables basic HDMI Audio support for
Broadwell. They are cherry-picked from the 3.16 kernel

There are some minor bugfixes currently upstream too, but they haven't been
tested much yet, and this seems to be enough to get basic HDMI audio
up and running.
