[REGRESSION][Trusty] LP:1269086 Added To Development Kernel Priority Bug List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Development Kernel, Priority Bug
List: LP:1269086[0]
   
    * Issue happens during installation, so it's difficult to bisect
kernels.
    * Regression started on January, 9 2014.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be
reviewed.
