[REGRESSION][Trusty] LP:1284334 Added To Development Kernel Priority Bug List

Hello,

I've added the following bug[0] to the Development Kernel, Priority Bug
List:
LP:1284334 - (regression?) openipmi fails to start on kernels
3.13.0-11-generic and 3.13.0-12-generic
   
    * Fixed in mainline: 3.14-rc4.
    * Asked for testing of upstream 3.13.5.
        * I will perform a reverse bisect if the bug is not already
fixed in 3.13.5.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be
reviewed.
