I can not find kernels signed for download

On my laptop (samsung) UEFI is up and running smoothly with Ubuntu using a
signed kernel. I would like to test kernels
"http://kernel.ubuntu.com/kernel-ppa/mainline ~ /" but I can not find
kernels signed for download.
