== Trusty SRU Justification ==
Intel PRO/1000 network drivers e1000e don't always regain connections when switching from wifi to ethernet. Commit b20a7744 in the mainline tree fixes this bug. The commit was not cc'd to stable, so I will request it in the upstream 3.13 kernel as well.

== Fix ==
commit b20a774495671f037e7160ea2ce8789af6b61533

    e1000e: Fix no connectivity when driver loaded with cable out

== Test Case ==
A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter. The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
