[SRU trusty PATCH 0/1] LP#1303710 -- NVME devices are not detected in the installer

NVME PCI connected disks are not correctly detected in the installer.
This is due to the necessary modules not being available in the appropriate
udebs.  The following patch adds the nvme module to the block-modules udeb.

Proposing for SRU to trusty.
