[Saucy] LP:1218995 Added To Development Kernel Priority Bug List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Development Kernel, Priority Bug List:
LP:1218995[0].

    * Appears to be an upstream bug.
    * Upstream commit 68a2d20 should have fixed bug and is in mainline
as of v3.10-rc1.
    * I requested that the bug reporter open bug upstream.  However, I
wanted to have it reviewed to ensure there is nothing Ubuntu specific.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be
reviewed.
