Updated trace-cmd package

Our trace-cmd package has been woefully out of date for quite some time
now. Last week I undertook the task of trying to package up the most
recent upstream release (with a lot of help from Kamal Mostafa - thanks
Kamal!). It's now sitting in Debian's "new" queue, so with a little luck
it should work its way into Ubuntu this cycle.

In the mean time I've uploaded trace-cmd v2.2.1 to my PPA at
ppa:sforshee/trace-cmd for anyone who wants to use the newer version
right away.
