[linux-firmware] bluetooth(0cf3:e005) firmwares needed

Hi,

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1245345

The latest proposed kernel 3.5.0-43.66 supports the bt device 0cf3:e005,
but the device still needs firmwares.
Please helps to cherry-pick those commits from linux-firmware repo.
