Saucy kernel backport to Precise

Yes there will be an official backport.  We do not start recommending these
for use in LTS releases until around the following point release to allow
issues to be found and fixed in primary release, as a result we do not rush
to get these out into the LTS.  That said they normally flow out with the
SRUs for the primary release well in advance, so expect something in the
next few weeks.
