URGENT HELP REQUIRED !! [Error: /dev/ptmx: Can't open, No space left]

Hi All,

I am running the LTP on my arm board. while my test case tries to open the
/dev/ptmx node it always fails showing the error.
*Can't open the device. No space left.*
the same test case is running for x86. so please suggest where i am going
wrong.

*Board Info:*
*armv7l, 3.10.11 kernel*

*CONFIG_UNIX98_PTYS=y *

*CONFIG_LEGACY_PTYS=y
CONFIG_LEGACY_PTY_COUNT=16*

*So, where it is wrong and please suggest me the solution. *
