Patches needed for MBA6,x audio support

Hi,

To properly support Apple's mid-2013 MacBook Airs with Linux, a few patches were needed. The most important one already made it's way to Saucy via the resync with 3.11.2 (so #1197451 can be closed), but merging another two for audio support would be highly appreciated.

These can be found in Linus' already as [1] and [2].
