[ANNOUNCE] 12.04.4 Kernel Freeze

Hi All,

The Precise Pangolin 12.04.4 point release is approaching on Thurs Jan
23, 2014.  The 12.04.4 point release will introduce the v3.11 based
Saucy kernel back into Precise for hardware enablement purposes.
Kernel Freeze for the point release is Thurs Dec 12.  This means the
upcoming Kernel SRU cycle beginning Mon Dec 2 will produce the kernel
that we intend to deliver for the 12.04.4 point release.  If there are
any kernel patches which need to ship for the 12.04.4 point release,
they need to land in this upcoming Kernel SRU cycle.  Please make sure
all patches have been submitted to this mailing list and garnered the
appropriate number of Ack's no later than this Fri Nov 29.
