[Raring/Saucy SRU][PATCH 0/1] LP#1252353 -- enable BUG line/file reporting

It seems somewhere along the line we lost the bug line and file reporting
leading to reports just saying "detail not available".  This option adds
a very small amount of data (70-100k) to the kernel memory foot print to
supply these mappings.  Typically this is only off for embedded systems.

Following this email is a patch for Raring and Saucy to reenable this
option.

Proposing for SRU to Raring and Saucy.
