It was brought to my attention that there is an additional patch which
just landed in v3.13-rc1 to enable SD card reader support for new Dell
XPS 15's hitting the market.

This patch is also going to be sent to upstream stable for
consideration.

== Testing ==
Thank you to Jared Dominguez for testing this patch with a Saucy kernel
on an XPS 15. Jared reports, "It works swimmingly. I tested reading,
writing, suspend/resume, card in at boot, card inserted after boot and
three different cards."
