Micro freezes on Lenovo IdeaPad Y560p

Hello.
My system freezing in micro times and cpu #0 is always on a high usage. 
Adding noapic on grub solving the freezing issue but cpu issue persists.

I think the offending commit is in somewhere between v2.6.35 and 
v2.6.39. But I can't bisect and compile the kernel. There are errors. I 
am compiling on Ubuntu 13.10 because repos for prerequisites aren't 
available on 10.10. Can anyone help me?
