Differences from v1:
- Added ten quirk-style patches
- One bug fixed in the large patch (tested by PHLin)
- Added extra sign-offs to patches which were not clean cherry-picks
Also, I previously thought that we would also need a PulseAudio SRU for
raring. When I tried to prepare the SRU, I found the relevant patch was already
upstreamed at that point, so no SRU necessary for PulseAudio.
Should there still be any type of regression, for either machines affected by
the quirks or those who are not, let me know and I'll do my best to fix them up ASAP.
Let me know if you want me to push this somewhere just to save you the trouble
of applying 15 patches.
