[PATCH] [T/master-next] [Config] disable ARM_HIGHBANK_CPUIDLE

highbank's cpu idle was a source of instabilities and was already disabled in S:

0bdf6c4 UBUNTU: [Config] highbank: ecx1000: CPU_IDLE causes instabilities, disable it

apply the same patch here, taking care of driver's name change
(CPU_IDLE_CALXEDA -> ARM_HIGHBANK_CPUIDLE) that happened in:

b98e01a cpuidle: Add Kconfig.arm and move calxeda, kirkwood and zynq
