Simple patch to add support for the 57786 device id.  Another patch was posted on the linux-netdev mailing list[0] that includes this device, but that patch is not in mainline yet.  I'll follow up with upstream to ensure this patch is cc'd to stable.

A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter.  The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
