82759v became unreliable with 3.2.0-44

Hi,

My wired connected became slow and unreliable after upgrading to 
3.2.0-44-generic (x86-64 12.04). There is no error message and 
everything works fine after booting back into 3.20-43.

The card is:
Ethernet controller [0200]: Intel Corporation 82579V Gigabit Network 
Connection [8086:1503] (rev 04)
