This is a PowerVR aka Poulsbo chip. It would yield some graphical output using
the gma500_gfx kernel driver together with the modeset X driver. But do not
expect performance.

Both are usable in 12.04.2 (point release CD images containing the 12.10 HWE
kernel and X stack), 12.10 and later. You are asking the wrong list about Fedora.
