[REGRESSION][Raring] LP:1156548 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:
LP:1156548

     * Regression in 3.8.0-13.  Bug does not exists in 3.8.0-12
     * Started Bisect between upstream v3.8.2 and v3.8.3

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be 
reviewed.
