[Raring] LP:1091263 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:
LP:1091263

     * Prevents Ubuntu Server from being installed on Intel Raid System.
     * pci=conf1 is a workaround.
     * Bug seems to have been introduced in 3.2 kernel.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be 
reviewed.
