[UEFI][Raring] LP:1123403 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:
LP:1123403

     * Installation of Raring is not possible with UEFI enabled.
     * Installation can happen if UEFI is disabled.
     * After installation, the following error happens if UEFI is 
re-enabled:
            Secure Boot Violation
             Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be 
reviewed.
