[quantal] SAUCE: please pull (urgent) fixes to ubuntu/i915

Ok, so this is kinda late for -35.5x but I forgot that i915-dkms which
reuses the hsw-specific drm_mm_* is also used on ivybridge machines that
are shipping, and the naming change broke ABI. So unbreak it, also add
missing HSW PCI IDs (LP: #1175533), which were added to 3.10 but we
can't wait for them to hit the saucy archive before applying to 12.04.2
