[Raring][SRU] mfd: lpc_ich: Add support for Intel Avoton SoC

Raring should support Intel Avoton Soc, but unfortunately Raring lose the LPC Controller Device IDs for Watchdog and GPIO for Intel Avton Soc

The patch in following link will be merged into kernel 3.11. Please backport this patch to Raring.
