[Raring][Quantal][Precise][SRU] iwlwifi does not connect to WPA-EAP WIFI

A regression has been introduced in the stable kernels by commit:

a87783699b23395c46bbeeb5d28f6db24897bf26 iwlwifi: dvm: don't send zeroed LQ cmd

The fix has already been accepted upstream and the patches for Raring,
Quantal and Precise will follow this email.
