the fix of the bugs 1167734/1190502/1190550: can't eject dvd-rw with hardware button

This is a bug fix for launchpad bugs: 1167734, 1190502 and 1190550.

All 3 bugs track only one problem: can't eject CD/DVD RW disc via
hardware eject button

I reported this problem to the community (linux-fsdevel) and fininally
they admitted this is bug. please refer to:

After a deep discussion, the fs maintainer decided to fix this bug
in the isofs and udf fs layers and he also provided 3 kernel patches for
the solution. Please refer to:

These 3 patches will be definitely merged to upstream (but not yet),
but they won't be merged to linux-stable, so i want to pick them from
mailing list to ubuntu quantal and raring kernel. If they are accepted
by ubuntu-kernel and needs me to provide patches for precise and saucy
kernel, i will be happy to do that.
