[Saucy][Maguro][PATCH 0/7] Syncing tree with CM 10.1.2 (4.2.2)

This is just a sync with the released CM 10.1.2, which is based on
Android 4.2.2.

Only warning is that this contains a bump in the PVR driver, which
needs to be in sync with the 4.2.2 binaries, so please let me know
before pushing a package release so we can sync the android image
with the right binaries.
