This bug affects 4th generation Intel hardware in 3.7 and newer kernels.  This patch has already been sent to upstream stable.  SRU request to get this fix in Raring while the fix makes its way through stable.

== Test Case ==

A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter.  The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
