[Raring][Quantal SRU] hp-wmi: add more definitions for new event_id's

SRU Justification:

Impact:
   Some new HP machines have new wmi event IDs include in the HP wmi
   spec. Without dealing with these IDs causes an unknown event ID
   error when doing the S3 suspend/resume.

Fix:
   Add the event IDs and notification in HP-wmi driver according to the
   new HP wmi spec to avoid the unknown event_id error occur.

Test:
   I tested on HP Pavilion g7, and it removed error message in dmesg log.

Note:
   The patch is included in upstream 3.10, but it is needed to be
   included in quantal and raring kernels:
