[REGRESSION][Regression] LP:1097197 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:
LP:1097197[0]

     * Prevents Raring from booting.
     * Regression was introduced in the 20121129 image.
     * Issue can be worked around by disabling RC6.
     * I'll identify the kernel version in the 20121129 image and start 
a bisect.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be 
reviewed.
