Yesterday Ben Hutchings posted the review cycle for 3.2.38 stable, I
noticed today that he backported "efi: Make 'efi_enabled' a function to
query EFI facilities", instead of pulling the dependencies. So this is
coming through 3.2.38, and I think we want to take a look on that
