[REGRESSION][Saucy][Trusty] LP:1244176 Added To Development Kernel Priority Bug List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Development Kernel, Priority Bug
List: LP:1244176[0]
   
    * Seems to only affect server flavor.  Several people reporting as
affected.
    * Problem may be in initramfs-tools pacakge.
    * The module ohci-pci is seperated from ohci-hcd in 3.11 but is not
included in the initramfs.

This issue is probably with initramfs, but I wanted to add it to the
list for review.  If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if
this bug could be reviewed.
