[ 3.8.y.z extended stable ] Patch "arch, mm: Remove tlb_fast_mode()" has been added to staging queue

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    arch, mm: Remove tlb_fast_mode()

to the linux-3.8.y-queue branch of the 3.8.y.z extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.8.13.8.

Since the introduction of preemptible mmu_gather TLB fast mode has been
broken. TLB fast mode relies on there being absolutely no concurrency;
it frees pages first and invalidates TLBs later.

However now we can get concurrency and stuff goes *bang*.

This patch removes all tlb_fast_mode() code; it was found the better
option vs trying to patch the hole by entangling tlb invalidation with
the scheduler.
