[Precise][Quantal][CVE-2013-4254 0/2] linux-kernel privilege escalation on ARM/perf

Following this email there are two patches that fix this potential privilege
escalation issue.  It looks like the issue has been in the kernel since 3.2 but
has became exploitable on 3.11 -RCs only.
