Preparing for 3.11 in Saucy

The targeted kernel version for 13.10 (Saucy) is v3.11. This kernel is 
currently at the -rc4 release stage, and we (the kernel team) are 
preparing to switch to it from v3.10. linux 3.11.0-0.2 has already been 
uploaded so try it at your earliest convenience.

We plan to update meta packages within the next couple of days which 
will automatically install 3.11.0.
