[Raring][PULL] before v3.8.13.6, revert XPS13 SAUCE quirk

Hi Raring kernel maintainers-

Please apply the following right before applying the v3.8.13.6 stable
patch set to Raring.  This reverts an old Raring SAUCE patch, allowing
the improved upstream replacement (in v3.8.13.6) to apply cleanly.
