[Quantal SRU] alx: disables MSI generation

SRU Justification:

Impact:
The alx driver in the ubuntu quantal kernel is not working for the AR8168
with the revision less than C0.
This issue is blocking 15 machines to pass certs

Fix:
User reporits that the driver in compat-wireless-3.6.8-1 works for him,
so I compare the source code and find the minimal change to our alx driver.

Test:
Tested by the launchpad user and me.
