Support for Raring 3.8 kernel past 3.9 release

Sorry if I've missed something, but does this mean that the 12.04.3 
kernel will only get 6 months of support (from 12.04.3 release to Raring 
EOL)? Or will 12.04.3 get a different kernel from 13.04?
