APPLIED: [PATCH 0/8] R/arm[hf|el]/omap: disable all FTBFS options

I used your patches as a guide to what had to be disabled. I applied
liberally to armhf omap/highbank as well as armel/omap. Everything on
armhf builds now, but I don't know if I hacked out some essential
feature. I'm still having issues with armel, but that might be a cross
compile fault.
