Missing all.deb for Mainline Build v3.7-rc1?!

Ubuntu Kernel Team:

The mainline kernel build
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.7-rc1-quantal/ is
missing the all.deb file one is accustomed to seeing as per
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds#Installing_Mainline_Kernels . Is this a new build type for mainline kernels? If so, would we want to update the mainline build instructions?
