[Precise] 12.04.2 Kernel Source Freeze

Hi All,

I wanted to remind everyone of some important upcoming dates for the
Precise Pangolin LTS 12.04.2 point release [1].  12.04.2 is scheduled to
be released on Thurs Jan 31, 2013.   The 12.04.2 Ubuntu Kernel Source
Freeze is Thurs Dec 27, 2012.  Any kernel patches needing to land in the
12.04.2 point release must be in the Precise Ubuntu Kernel tree on the
master-next branch before Thurs Dec 27, 2012.  Please be mindful that a
majority of the Ubuntu Kernel Stable Maintenance Team will be away the
weeks of Christmas and New Years.  I would advise anyone needing to
submit and land kernel patches for the 12.04.2 point release to do so
*before* Fri Dec 22, 2012.
