New kernel and meta git trees for PowerPC

As per the discussion at UDS, Tim Gardner has created a working branch for a separate powerpc tree for Ubuntu kernels and linux meta trees.

I've cloned this to enable free development model on github. The URLs are:

I've prepared a commit that enables e500 and e500mc kernels in the powerpc build (ppc branch). After test builds, I'll push the work to github. The idea is that the kernel team will pull these changes to incorporate into their package and build infrastructure.

If you have any work you want to see put in, please feel free to fork the github tree and use github to request pulls and such. Or email patches to the ubuntu-powerpc mailing list.
