Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:

	* This bug was found during an OpenStack deployment.
	* This bug affects all kernels from lucid through quantal
	* This bug also exists upstream.
	* This bug will be escalated soon from CSS.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be
reviewed.
