[Precise SRU] USB bug fixes

There are 3 patches which are suggested by Sarah Sharp to be backported to older kernels like 3.2.  However, the 3.2 stable kernel tree doesn't include these patches, thus Precise won't have these bug fixes thru straightforward kernel upgrading.


1.       8bea2bd usb: Add support for root hub port status CAS
Impact:
This patch fixes an issue with USB device connections not being detected after system resume from suspend.


2.       622eb78 xHCI: Increase the timeout for controller save/restore state operation
Impact:
This patch fixes an issue with failed system suspend and resume on platforms with the AsMedia xHCI host controller.


3.       1530bbc xhci: Add new short TX quirk for Fresco Logic host.
Impact:
This patch fixes an issue with robotic-sounding audio under the Fresco Logic host controller.
